Berating Biden about Botox

There is some buzz on the net about the possibility of Joe Biden getting some plastic surgery. Who really cares when it gets down to the meat and potatoes of the election? Let's just say for a second that it is true (it very well may be). Does it have an effect on his ability to govern? I don't see how it would. Does it even say anything about his character? There are millions of Americans who have had some sort of cosmetic work done that would be slightly upset if you said so.
