Educate the Idiots Campaign

I have found yet another proof positive that being intelligent and being in politics very often don't go hand-in-hand. There recently has been a leaked internal memo by the democratic alliance in Colorado saying, "increasing CO union power: 'Educate the Idiots' ... Target: minorities, GED's, drop-outs...". Don't believe me that they can't be that stupid? Here is a direct link to the pdf file. I know that it was supposed to be a private memo but you have to think of the possibility that it may be leaked, especially when it contains a gem like this.
